I am the Executive Producer of Remmi’s shows and video series-the best career I have ever had. Prior, I was part of corporate America and I spent 20 years in the telecommunications industry at the executive level in Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations. Cooking has always been a passion of mine. Now, this passion has turned into a viable business especially for Remmi as she is the principal owner of her business, Cook Time with Remmi. It is pretty challenging!
Beyond cooking, I love to read. I always carry a book with me no matter where I go. Our family vacations are usually spent sailing in the British Virgin Islands. My husband, Sam, is a certified captain. And guess what we love to do on our sailing vacations….we love to cook on the boat! It is great fun to take the foods that are available in the local economy and create new dishes. As a family we snow ski in the winter. We love to play, watch, and attend anything having to do with basketball.
I have been married to Sam-it seems forever-all good! We have seven children. Abe, 34, is Vice President of Operations in our family business. Levi is 28, played basketball at the college level and is a recent graduate from Emmanuel College in Boston and has a managerial position with an international Company. Nicollette 25, attendedKansas University on a basketball scholarship but later finished with Oklahoma City University inninning the NAIA Chanpionship in 2012. Maddeson,19, Dasher, 17, Remmington (Remmi), 14, and Elizah, 13, are our youngest children and they have all been adopted from China. I feel very blessed to have the family that I have and I am really excited about the future of Cook Time with RemmiTM
My life is great……..and now with the show……………it’s even greater!
