When watching T.V.- whether it’s a show, the news, a sports game, or a movie, try to get some exercises in during what you’re watching.

For example, during commercials, do sit-ups during the first commercial, then squats during the next one, lunges during the next, etc. etc.

Or make up a game where, whenever you hear a certain word, you jump in place for 1 minute.
