Why not take a mall walk?

When you go to the mall, you often can see people speed walking around the mall. So, check your mall to see if they offer a mall-walking program or early morning hours for walkers. If not, grab a friend, or more, and walk around the mall together. Try to do one quick lap for some harder exercise, and then one moderate lap for a little bit of window shopping — then repeat, one fast lap/one relaxed, on the upper level. Make it fun! Plus, you get to window shop at the same time, so you can go back and get what you want later!
