Jeff started his journey in culinary arts 12 years ago, which led him to where he is today. Jeff has been the Executive Chef at Oaks Country Club for 6 years.

Prior to where he is today, he worked as a dining room chef for Southern Hills Country Club, Sous chef for Forest Ridge Golf Club, and was also a Sous chef at Duncan Country Club in Duncan, Oklahoma.

Some of his past accomplishments include; the 2002 US Open, Soup-er’ Sunday, Cooking of Compassion Catholic Charities, PGA Championship 2007, Tulsa Schools’ Iron Chef mentor for Edison High, chef’s tables, president’s dinners, Leadership Tulsa class 42, Board member of the Community Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma, and many more. He attended OSU Okmulgee Culinary Arts School, and he is a present member of the Tulsa ACF chapter.

Jeff has been married for 7 years to Lacy. They have a 6 year-old daughter, Sara, and a 3 year-old son, Barrett. He enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing and golfing.
