Tim was born in Colorado. After a few stops around the country, Tim moved to Tulsa as a teenager and has lived there ever since. A graduate of Washington high school in Tulsa and the O.S.U. Culinary School at Okmulgee, Tim is a 25 year veteran of the Tulsa restaurant scene, with a 3 year stint as the chef of Charlie Mitchell’s downtown restaurant, 2 years as the Executive Chef at Flavors and the last 7 years as the Executive Chef at Bodean’s. In his spare time, Tim spends time with his 2 kids, reads and listens to whatever he can get his hands on and enjoys the empty nest.
