Large plate or platter


5 Cups of mixed lettuces – Romaine and red leaf (sliced)
1 Red pepper
1/2 Cup celery (sliced)
1/2 Cup green onions (sliced)
1/2 Cucumber (sliced)
1 Cup tomatoes (diced)
3 Hard boiled eggs (sliced)
1/2 Can black beans (rinsed)
1 Chicken breast (cooked/sliced)


Place lettuces on a platter. Prepare each ingredient as directed and put in separate piles or bowls. Now think of a pizza that has 8 slices. Take each ingredient and place on the lettuce separately in a pizza pie format.

Serve this salad with Grandma’s Dressing on the side. Remember you can use any kind of ingredients for your pizza slices.
