Ingredients:

6 large leaves romaine lettuce (sliced)
1 large tomato (large dice)
½ cucumber, peeled (large dice)
7 oz of hearts of palm (in 1″ slices)
½ medium onion (thinly sliced)
2 T fresh parsley
¼ Cup almonds (sliced)
Remmi’s Italian Salad Dressing

Instructions:

Wash all vegetables and dry on paper towels. Chop or slice vegetables as directed but keep in separate piles. Place lettuce layer on the bottom of bowl. Line outer rim of bowl with tomatoes. Line tomato rim with cucumbers. Place hearts of palm in center of salad. Sprinkle, in order, onions, parsley, and almonds.
Pour just enough dressing on top to moisten the salad. Do not toss-because this messes up the presentation!!! Serve with extra dressing on the side.
