A great and healthy dessert!
1 C plain yogurt (low-fat or non-fat)
1/2 C fruit (fresh or canned pineapple is great with strawberries!)
2 Tbsp granola (or cornflakes, or chopped nuts work too)
1 Tbsp honey
1 cherry (a must to complete the sundae)
Pour yogurt in bottom of cup. Pile the fruit in the middle, on top of the yogurt. Sprinkle granola. Drizzle with honey. Place cherry on top. (Presentation is everything with this dish. People tend to eat with their eyes!!)
