Spices are an easy way to add flavor to your food. What many don’t know is that they can also be used for weight loss!  Here are some examples of spices you can use in order to help with weight loss: chili powder, cumin, curry powder, cinnamon, ginger, and turmeric. You can sprinkle them on anything from eggs in the morning or an afternoon snack like yogurt with walnuts. If you’re not sure where to start when it comes to using these spices for weight-loss purposes try adding a dash of chili powder on your next salad or even replacing taco seasoning with cumin.
